A letter issued on official company letterhead (or, failing that, bearing a company stamp). The letter is to contain the visitor’s full name and their role within the company. Please also provide a link to the company’s website and, if available, state the NCAGE code.

In addition to this letter, the company’s trade licence or excerpt from the trade register must be enclosed.
